The Opportunity

- Study and coach a new role. You will be able to add another role on your résumé that you have mastered.

-You will receive vocal, diction and dramatic coaching for the role you are studying.

-Opportunities to sing and participate in online master classes and online performances-You will gain new insight into what you are capable of as an artist vocally and dramatically. 

-One-on-one attention by our staff through private online coaching.

-Full diction recordings of your role for study.

-You will receive full piano accompaniment tracks for your role that you will use for the program and for future review when you need to revisit the role for practice for professional opportunities.

Singers may ask to be considered for a large role in one opera and a smaller role in the other opera. Or two smaller roles together. These decisions will be made at the discretion of the staff.

The Experience

2021 Spring Virtual Role Study Program

Dates: May 3 thru June 11

Final Virtual Performances: TBA, MIOpera Channel Broadcast

Cost: $100.00 per week*

Total weeks: 6

Total Investment: 6 @ $100.00 = $600.00

*(When you commit to the program, you will have to pay $100.00 for the first week of the program to reserve your spot)

Payment will be collected through Venmo on the Sunday beginning each instructional week.

Weekly payments begin Sunday May 9, 2021 thru Sunday June 6, 2021

Cost includes full piano accompaniment tracks for usage during coaching, masterclasses and the final virtual performance.

Program Overview

The program operates Monday thru Friday and all vocal, dramatic and diction coachings will happen during those weekdays.

All master classes will be Friday evenings during the program 6:00p.m. to 7:30p.m Central Standard Time.

Each participant will receive the following per week: (All coachings will be scheduled once you have committed to the program. Morning, afternoon and evening options are available. )

1 @ 50 minute vocal coaching

1@ 50 minute dramatic coaching *

1 @ 30 minute diction coaching

1 @ 90 minute participation in online master classes as a performer or observer. Master class performances will be assigned and each participant will perform on at least 3 classes.

*There will be no dramatic coaching the final week of the program so you can use the time recording.
